The Nylon SafeKey safety padlock

The unique SafeKey lock mechanism is insulated and non-conductive to protect employees from electrical shocks when the key is inserted. The lock mechanism has 6 steel precision pins that ensure a large number of key differences and tamper resistance. The padlocks are light and resistant to shocks, extreme temperatures, chemicals and corrosion. The non-conductive and spark-free housing is easy to use and has a ribbed structure to ensure a good grip.
Color-coded keys in the same color as the padlock improve the efficiency of Lockout / Tagout during maintenance work. A total of nine colors are available to help service technicians find the right key for one of their locks. In addition, every padlock is equipped with a key lock, which means that the key cannot be removed from the lock before the padlock is properly closed.
Personalize your SafeKey padlock
All SafeKey padlocks can be personized with an engraving which for example can consist of a name or serial number. Besides Keyed Different, Keyed Alike options are also available to open a series of locks with the same key.
The Nylon SafeKey Safety padlock is available with 3 different bracket heights: 25mm, 38mm or 76mm. You can choose from two bracket materials, nylon and hardened steel. Besides the nylon version, the SafeKey padlock is also available in an aluminum housing.
