When inserting a different cartridge the printer automatically adjusts the settings (only for quick-loading Brady Authentic cartridges).

The M511 label printer has a longer battery life due to the internal Lithium-ion battery, which lasts up to 8 hours and create 1000 labels in a single charge. Through the USB port you can charge the printer in avehicle or on a laptop. This USB port can also be used to connect the printer to the laptop for the label creating software.
